Choosing photographs and buying products
Clicking on a photograph shows you a larger image and product choices on the right-hand side. Click on a choice to order that product.
In gallery view, you can choose more than one image by clicking in the circle that appears when you hover over an image.
Ordering and Zenfolio
When you place an order, it will be handled by Zenfolio, a leader in online photography commerce.
Zenfolio are responsible for processing your order, handling payment and producing your prints in conjunction with their professional print lab partner. This assures your order will be processed quickly and expertly, and that you will receive professional quality prints on photographic paper.
This is why the appearance of the website will look different when ordering.
Dont worry though! Ordering is simple and Zenfolio will guide you through the process with clear instructions.
Proofing (for clients working with the photographer)
To select images for the photographer to work with, follow these instructions.
Delivery and charges
All physical products are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class. You can expect your products to be delivered within three days of placing your order.
Digital downloads are available immediately for a period of 30 days, after which the link you are supplied with will expire.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price. However, there are usually discounts available from MCV Photography which you can apply at the checkout to reduce the cost of delivery.
Payment
Payment can be made using either PayPal, credit card or debit cards that carry the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Security is important to all of us, so all transactions are encrypted and no-one is able to view your account details - not myself, Zenfolio or PayPal.

- Make sure you are using the gallery view to see the image thumbnails.
- Tick the circle on the images you want to choose.
- Click on the Add To Favorites link just above the thumbnails.
A new link will appear in the top left of the page called MY FAVORITES. - Click on the MY FAVORITES link and check your selections.
You can delete images by clicking the X on the image and re-order them by dragging them. - Click the Share button in the top right of the page.
Choose the option Share with Photographer (you can also share your favorites with a friend). - Add your details and an optional message, then click Share at the bottom of the window.
